MASTER SITE PLAN
& WAREHOUSE
Crown West Realty contracted Sarah Hicks of Partner Architecture to produce the master site plan of a five-building warehousing campus. The campus is spread across 50 acres of relatively undeveloped land in rural Alabama.
After completion of the master site plan, the owner decided to move forward with the design and development of construction documents for a ground-up Class A, warehouse building using tilt-wall concrete. This warehouse will provide the client with 162,500 square feet of tenant and office space. Sarah acted as the lead architect on this project, handling issues such as aesthetic design and branding in building, tenant subdivision, wetland mitigation, soil bearing limitations, water pressure, and 30' of elevation change across site.
The project’s construction cost is estimated to be $17,000,000.
