Corporate Aircraft Hangar

This 35,000-square-foot corporate hangar, designed to accommodate seven aircraft, is a state-of-the-art aviation facility featuring a 260-foot clear span to maximize operational flexibility and efficiency. The project integrates sophisticated architectural and engineering solutions to meet the needs of high-performance aviation while adhering to stringent safety and regulatory standards.

The hangar includes dedicated spaces for two office tenants, providing modern, functional work environments tailored to corporate aviation operations. These office areas are designed with flexibility in mind, incorporating sleek interiors, advanced building systems, and seamless integration with the hangar's operational zones to support tenant productivity and comfort.

A key component of the project was the design and implementation of a fuel farm located elsewhere on site, engineered to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant fuel storage and distribution. The fuel farm design prioritized environmental sustainability, operational reliability, and adherence to aviation and local regulations.

The project required close coordination with the Airport Authority’s master planning engineer to align the facility with the airport’s long-term development goals and infrastructure requirements. Additionally, collaboration with a fire protection specialist ensured the integration of advanced fire suppression and safety systems, tailored to the unique risks of an aviation facility.
