Anytime Fitness

This project involved the adaptive reuse of a retail space within an active shopping center, transforming it into a fully functioning location for a national fitness chain. The renovation included the integration of essential program elements such as locker rooms, upgraded electrical systems to support specialized fitness equipment, and the incorporation of brand-specific interior and exterior design elements.

The result is a dynamic, high-performance workout environment that aligns with the client’s brand standards while maximizing the use of existing infrastructure. The design supports high member traffic, efficient circulation, and a seamless fit within the surrounding retail context..
